Processing an order generally takes 1-2 business days, shipping time is generally 1-6 business days. (UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail)

Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 48 Hours of delivery for a refund. (Email: info@thickassglass.com)
We Do Not Accept Returns For Used Products.

Used products that are returned will be disposed of and no refund will be administered.
If the return is not due to a faulty, damaged or otherwise broken product, then you will be required to pay the return shipping fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 6 business days (US)), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you choose to return an item for refund, TAG will require you pay return shipping fees. TAG will refund the total product cost excluding the original shipping charge.
If the package is returned to us (Return To Sender), TAG will resend it at no additional cost to you. However, if you choose to cancel or request a refund instead, the original shipping and insurance fees will not be included in the refund.
