Shipping Time

  • Processing an order generally takes 1-2 business days, shipping time is generally 1-6 business days. (UPS Ground & USPS Priority Mail)
  • We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 48 Hours of delivery for a refund. (Email: info@thickassglass.com)
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR USED PRODUCTS.
  • Used products that are returned will be disposed of and no refund will be administered.
  • If the return is not due to a faulty, damaged or otherwise broken product, then you will be required to pay the return shipping fee.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 6 business days (US)), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
  • If you choose to return an item for refund, TAG will require you pay return shipping fees. TAG will refund the total product cost excluding the original shipping charge.

Lost/Stolen Delivery Protection Guarantees you a quick free replacement if your package is lost in the shipping network or even stolen off your porch! 
Must be reported within 48 hours of tracking delivery confirmation

Email info@thickassglass.com immediately with your order# and description of situation.

Eligible For Reshipment when:

  • Lost Shipment (Never Delivered)
  • Stolen Shipment (Porch Thieves)
  • Damaged Product (TAG already covers all products against transit damage)
  • Must be reported within 48 hours of tracking delivery confirmation
  • Reshipment must be identical order contents.

Refund Policy

  • This insurance policy does not offer a refund but instead it provides a free replacement order for the lost/stolen goods.
  • Only in the event where the original ordered item(s) are out of stock may the order be fully refunded (minus the insurance fee).

Eligible For Full Refund when:

  • Lost/Stolen Shipment (Original Product(s) is out of stock)
  • Damaged Product (TAG already covers all products against transit damage)
  • Must be reported within 48 hours of tracking delivery confirmation
