By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 0 - FAQ
SHIPPING ORDER PROCESSING
Orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders ship by 8AM every morning
- Orders placed after 8AM are not guaranteed to ship same day.
- We ship internationally to ALL countries! We recommend DHL Express.
- If damaged product is received, do NOT use it. Send pictures ASAP to info@thickassglass.com
- We ship using plain brown boxes with Red Fragile Tape.
- The shipping label says from "Shipping Department"
- Adult signature required upon delivery
2ND QUALITY ITEMS
Imperfections on 2nd quality items are all different, which can include: scratches, chips, black marks, white marks, red marks, and other general visual imperfections.
- NOT REPLACEABLE - If your 2nd quality item breaks due to any reason we can not cover it for replacement, this is part of the discounted price. They are inferior and may be more prone to a break!
- Most 2nd quality items appear to be 1st quality at first glance.
- 2nd quality items are made exactly the same as 1st quality pieces but can have visual imperfections, small chips, and asymmetrical parts.
- 3rd Quality - Means the item has a crack, still function and usually durable but not guaranteed. They are significantly discounted. **NO ACCESSORY INCLUDED**
TIME SENSITIVE SHIPPING
Only UPS has guaranteed "Time Sensitive" delivery options
- If UPS suspends service guarantee, no refund for late shipments is possible.
Orders will ship within 24 hours (Monday - Friday)
- When shipping via USPS there will often be delays and they will often miss their estimated delivery date.
- Do NOT use USPS for Time Sensitive Shipments! For example. USPS Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed 3 Day service
- If USPS misses their estimated delivery date they will not offer a refund for missing it.
RETURNS
If we make an error with your order, we will fix it at no additional cost to you, subject to the terms below. Incorrect, faulty, damaged, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped products must remain unused unless otherwise approved by TAG in writing.
Incorrect, Duplicate, Extra, or Mis-Shipped Items
If TAG ships an incorrect item, wrong size, wrong variation, duplicate item, extra item, or any product that does not match the customer’s order due to a fulfillment, packing, labeling, inventory, warehouse, carrier, or shipping error, TAG will correct the error at no additional cost to the customer, provided the customer contacts TAG within 48 hours of delivery and the item remains unused.
Incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped items sent in connection with an actual customer order are nonconforming goods under the order and remain subject to TAG’s return, exchange, and order-correction process. The customer does not owe payment for an incorrect item shipped due to TAG’s error unless otherwise permitted by law and agreed in writing. However, once the customer reports, discovers, or is notified that an item was shipped incorrectly, the customer may not use, alter, damage, discard, destroy, resell, gift, transfer, refuse to make available, retain as a substitute, or otherwise exercise ownership or control over the incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped item in a manner inconsistent with TAG’s ownership or right to recover the item.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAG may require the customer to return the incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped item using a prepaid return label or other return method supplied by TAG before TAG issues or completes any replacement, refund, exchange, warranty service, store credit, courtesy accommodation, or other order-related correction. TAG may also, in its sole discretion, ship the corrected item before receiving the incorrect item back, but doing so does not waive TAG’s right to require return of the incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped item.
For higher-value items, limited-stock items, suspected abuse, repeat claims, fraud-risk orders, or any situation where TAG determines that return of the incorrect item should occur before a replacement is released, TAG may require that the incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped item be received by TAG, or show a valid carrier acceptance scan using TAG’s prepaid return label, before TAG ships the corrected item or issues any replacement, refund, store credit, warranty service, or other order-related accommodation.
If TAG provides a prepaid return label or return instructions, the customer must package the item securely and return it within 14 days of receiving the label or instructions, unless TAG provides a different deadline in writing. TAG is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging. If TAG made the fulfillment error, TAG will pay the approved return shipping cost for the incorrect item using the return method supplied by TAG.
Customer cooperation with TAG’s return and exchange process is required for TAG to complete an order correction. If the customer refuses to return, fails to make available, uses, alters, damages, discards, destroys, sells, gifts, transfers, retains, or otherwise fails to reasonably cooperate in returning an incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped item after TAG has provided prepaid return instructions, TAG may deny, suspend, or withhold any further replacement, refund, exchange, warranty service, store credit, courtesy accommodation, or order correction related to that item or order, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
If a customer refuses to return or make available an incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped item after receiving TAG’s prepaid return instructions, TAG reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including but not limited to claims based on breach of these Terms, wrongful exercise of ownership over rejected or nonconforming goods, conversion, unjust enrichment, restitution, replevin, recovery of the item, recovery of the item’s value, and recovery of reasonable costs incurred in attempting to recover the item, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms apply only to order-related fulfillment errors, nonconforming deliveries, mistaken duplicate shipments, mistaken extra shipments, and similar shipment errors connected to an actual customer order. These terms do not create any obligation for a customer to pay for, return, or take action regarding truly unsolicited merchandise where such obligation is prohibited by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable federal, state, or local law.
- If incorrect or faulty product is received, do not use it. Upon usage of the product, you are formally accepting the product and waiving your ability to return or exchange the product.
- If you accidentally order the incorrect item and wish to exchange it, we will require you to pay to ship the merchandise back to us.
- We will however cover reshipping the correct item to you for free.
- Must contact info@thickassglass.com within 48 Hours of delivery date. Items must be unused.
If you choose to return an item for refund, TAG will require you pay return shipping fees. TAG will refund the total product cost excluding the original shipping charge.
For any order that has already shipped, any shipping-related costs incurred by TAG are non-refundable. This includes actual outbound shipping charges, shipping insurance, signature fees, carrier surcharges, address correction fees, and return-to-sender fees, even if the order qualified for free shipping or showed a $0.00 shipping charge at checkout.
If the package is returned to us (Returned To Sender), TAG will resend it at no additional cost to you. However, if you choose to cancel or request a refund instead, TAG will refund the product value only, less any non-refundable shipping-related costs incurred by TAG, including shipping insurance and actual carrier charges, even if the order originally qualified for free shipping.

ANTI-FRAUD
We use an anti-fraud service like Riskified, this service monitors ALL orders and helps detect fraud. If for any reason your order shows up as fraudulent we will completely cancel the order and refund the money.
You will need to place a new order with more accurate information.
When you place your new order please make sure you use the correct billing address that matches the billing address on file with your bank. By doing this your order should pass the verification process.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

Most products are made by hand, for this reason total product heights can vary plus or minus 1.5".
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. By using the product, you agree to accept the product as received, and once the product has been used, no return or exchange is applicable.
Products shipped in error, including incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped items sent in connection with an actual customer order, are subject to TAG’s return, exchange, and order-correction process. Once a customer reports, discovers, or is notified that an item was shipped incorrectly, the customer must hold the item unused and with reasonable care and must reasonably cooperate with TAG’s prepaid return process. Use, alteration, damage, disposal, resale, gifting, transfer, refusal to make available, or other exercise of ownership or control over an incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped item may be treated as refusal to participate in the exchange process and may void, suspend, or delay further order correction, replacement, refund, warranty service, store credit, or courtesy accommodation related to that item or order, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

TAG reserves the right to correct such errors and require reasonable customer cooperation with TAG’s return, exchange, and order-correction process. Correcting a shipment or fulfillment error does not waive TAG’s right to recover any incorrect, duplicate, extra, or mis-shipped item, and does not convert such item into a gift, free sample, or unconditional substitute for the item actually ordered, except where required by applicable law.

In no case shall Thick Ass Glass, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Thick Ass Glass and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.
SECTION 19 - SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY
Guaranteed Lost/Stolen Delivery Protection
Lost/Stolen Delivery Protection provides one (1) free replacement if your package is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or damaged during transit, subject to the terms below. This protection applies only to the original shipment and only when the correct delivery address was entered at checkout.
How to File a Claim
You must report any issue within 48 hours of the tracking page showing delivery, attempted delivery, exception, loss, or final status. To start a claim, email info@thickassglass.com with your order number and a brief description of the situation.
Before a replacement can be approved, the customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide TAG with proof that the claim was submitted. Accepted proof includes a screenshot or PDF of the carrier claim confirmation page. TAG may request additional information, photographs, documentation, or verification before approving or denying any shipping insurance claim.
Incorrect Address Exclusion
Shipping Insurance does not cover any situation where the customer enters an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address at checkout. Examples include, but are not limited to, wrong house numbers, missing apartment numbers, old saved addresses, incorrect business names, missing suite numbers, incomplete international address details, or typographical errors.
If the carrier delivers or attempts delivery to the address provided by the customer and the package is lost, stolen, delayed, returned, refused, abandoned, or otherwise not received because of an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address entered by the customer, the order is not eligible for replacement under Shipping Insurance.
Address corrections cannot be guaranteed and cannot always be applied once an order has shipped. If the package is returned to TAG, TAG will reship it one (1) time for free to the corrected address. If the customer requests cancellation or refund instead of reshipment for a package returned to TAG, any shipping-related costs incurred by TAG are non-refundable. This includes shipping insurance, actual outbound shipping charges, signature fees, carrier surcharges, address correction fees, and return-to-sender fees, even if the order qualified for free shipping or showed a $0.00 shipping charge at checkout.
Eligible For One Free Reshipment When:
- Lost Shipment: The package never arrives and the carrier claim process supports that the shipment was lost.
- Stolen Shipment: The package shows delivered to the correct address but is reported stolen after delivery.
- Damaged Product: Clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label must be provided within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp shown on tracking.
The replacement shipment must match the original order unless an item is out of stock. Shipping Insurance provides a one-time free replacement, not a cash refund.
Replacement and Refund Policy
- Shipping Insurance provides one (1) free replacement shipment only.
- Replacement shipments issued under Shipping Insurance are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- If an item from the original order is out of stock, the product value only, excluding shipping-related costs and insurance fees, may be applied toward a different in-stock item or refunded at TAG’s discretion.
- Shipping fees, insurance fees, signature fees, carrier surcharges, address correction fees, return-to-sender fees, and other shipping-related costs incurred by TAG are non-refundable.
If the Replacement Shipment Is Also Lost, Stolen, or Not Received
- If the replacement shipment is also reported as lost, stolen, or not delivered, the Shipping Insurance coverage is considered fully used.
- A second free replacement will not be issued.
- After a replacement loss, all future delivery issues must be handled directly through the shipping carrier.
- Any customer who experiences a replacement loss may be required to use signature confirmation on future orders to remain eligible for shipping support.
High-Value Shipments
- Orders identified by TAG as high value may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
- If signature confirmation is required and the carrier confirms delivery by signature, any claim that the shipment is missing must be filed directly with the carrier.
- TAG may require carrier claim proof and may deny coverage if the carrier confirms delivery according to the selected service and claim records do not support loss or theft.
International Shipments
- If a customer chooses to waive signature requirements for an international order, all Shipping Insurance coverage is void.
- No lost, stolen, or not-received claims can be accepted under Shipping Insurance when signature requirements were waived by the customer.
Please Note
Shipping Insurance is NOT a Warranty. This protection covers qualifying transit-related issues only. It does not cover post-delivery use, breakage after delivery, customer address errors, refused packages, abandoned packages, customs issues, import duties, taxes, or any situation excluded by these Terms. Orders replaced under this policy cannot be returned or refunded.
SECTION 20 - OPTIONAL 2 YEAR WARRANTY
Optional 2 Year Warranty Against Breakages
The optional 2 Year Warranty Against Breakages is an add-on service available for certain eligible products purchased directly through www.thickassglass.com. If purchased at checkout, the warranty becomes part of your order and is governed by these Terms of Service.
If a covered product breaks, TAG will provide one (1) replacement, subject to these terms. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on warranty replacement orders.
Pre-Approval Required: No warranty replacement will be issued unless and until TAG reviews the claim and confirms eligibility under these Terms of Service.

| 1 | To begin a warranty claim, the customer must email four (4) clear images of the broken product to info@thickassglass.com, including images showing all TAG logos present on the product. TAG may require additional photographs, documentation, or other proof before approving or denying any claim. The product must not be discarded or disposed of until TAG completes its review. |
| 2 | The warranty allows one (1) replacement of a covered product within two (2) years of the original purchase date. For purposes of this warranty, “broken” means damaged to the point of dysfunction or inoperability. Chips and cracks are not covered unless the product is rendered dysfunctional or inoperable. |
| 3 | The warranty is not renewable. Any replacement item issued under this warranty is not eligible for a new or renewed warranty. |
| 4 | Lost or stolen items are not covered under this warranty. |
| 5 | The warranty is an optional add-on and only applies if it was purchased concurrently with the original product through checkout on www.thickassglass.com. The warranty is not available for products purchased through third-party sellers, resellers, distributors, marketplaces, or brick-and-mortar retailers. |
| 6 | The warranty fee is calculated as 25% of the product’s MSRP. The amount of warranty value available is based on MSRP, not sale price, discount price, coupon-adjusted price, or loyalty pricing. In general, the warranty fee paid covers up to 4x that amount in MSRP value, subject to these Terms. |
| 7 | Warranty replacements are based on MSRP value only. If the customer selects a replacement product with a higher MSRP than the value available under the warranty, the customer must pay the difference. |
| 8 | Coverage applies to the main pipe and included accessories. Accessories may be replaced one time under the warranty while the warranty remains active. If the main pipe breaks and is replaced, the warranty is deemed fulfilled and completed. If accessories were previously replaced under warranty, they will not be included again with a later main pipe replacement. |
| 9 | Quartz products are not covered under this warranty. |
| 10 | 2nd Quality items are not eligible for warranty coverage. |
| 11 | Warranty replacements will be fulfilled using 1st Quality items only. Warranty value may not be used to obtain 2nd Quality items. |
| 12 | Discount codes, loyalty codes, promotional codes, or similar pricing adjustments may not be applied to warranty replacement orders. |
| 13 | Warranty value may be applied only toward product value based on listed MSRP. Customers may add additional products to a warranty replacement order and pay any remaining balance, if applicable. |
| 14 | Grandfathered Clause: If the MSRP of the original covered item increases after purchase, TAG may honor the current MSRP for that same product type or an equivalent in-stock variant within the same model family. If the original item is out of stock, the customer may choose to wait for restock. Once TAG has approved a claim, there is no set time limit to complete the replacement, but products may be discontinued and restock is not guaranteed. No refunds are provided under this warranty. |
| 15 | Flat-rate or standard shipping options are not available on warranty replacement orders. |
| 16 | This warranty is valid only if the warranty fee charged equals 25% of the product’s MSRP. If a website, pricing, or calculation error results in an incorrect warranty fee being charged, TAG may require payment of the correct warranty fee before processing any warranty replacement. |
| 17 | Fraud, Misrepresentation, and Claim Abuse: This warranty applies solely to the specific product purchased with the warranty add-on and only to the original covered product reflected in TAG’s purchase records. Any claim involving fraud, abuse, bad faith, misrepresentation, or false, altered, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable information, materials, or supporting documentation may be denied and may render the warranty void, as determined by TAG based on its records and claim review procedures. TAG reserves the right to investigate all warranty claims, request additional information, documentation, photographs, or other proof, and deny any claim that cannot be satisfactorily validated or that is inconsistent with TAG’s records or these Terms. If TAG determines that a claim is invalid, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise noncompliant, no replacement shall be issued and no refund, credit, or other compensation shall be provided. By purchasing the warranty with a product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. |
Important: The optional 2 Year Warranty Against Breakages is separate from shipping insurance and applies only after delivery, subject to these Terms. Shipping insurance and transit-related protection are governed separately under Section 19. This warranty does not cover transit loss, transit theft, or transit damage claims that are otherwise addressed under applicable shipping or delivery protection terms.

Consent to Receive Messages: By opting into Parison Inc messaging program, you agree to receive marketing text messages, including cart reminders, at the phone number you provide. Parison Inc controls the messaging program and may change the frequency of messages at any time.
No Purchase Necessary: Opting into Parison Inc messaging program is not a requirement for purchasing any products or services.
