Recently purchased one of these. Super smooth rips, thick glass, and you can't beat the price. Arrived with a cracked downstem but everything seemed to be packaged very well so I don't think it was their fault. I sent them an email with a photo of the downstem and they quickly put another one in the mail for me no questions asked and I didn't have to send the cracked one back. I will definitely be making more TAG purchases in the future and I'm very satisfied with my decision.

After purchasing on the website, it takes about 1 week to get your product. Everything is packed really really solid, so no complaints there at all. They do have a for tobacco use only sticker that is very hard to remove, (use rubbing alcohol). Every pipe I have purchased from TAG has been great quality, with super thick glass this is, no exemption! It's a medium sized pipe but packs a punch, this thing rips guys, the way its designed its very hard to get water in your mouth when inhaling. The ice pinches work perfect at holding the ice above the water chamber and also does a very good job at taming the harsh smoke. This water pipe is very easy to clean compared to other ones out there. All of these things is why this is now my go to pipe for my daily medicating activities! Don't hesitate grab one today, you won't regret it. Also you can't beat the price $$$

This water pipe is worth its weight in gold as it is perfectly with the airflow and the down peice is perfection
